Welcome to PowerUp Brand. By using powerupbrand.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms. We've kept them short and in plain English.

Who we are

PowerUp Brand sells workout and lifestyle apparel online at powerupbrand.com. “We,” “us” and “our” mean PowerUp Brand. “You” means anyone who visits the site or buys from us.

Our products are made to order

Every PowerUp item is printed just for you after you order, through our production partner Printful. Because of this:

• Colors on your screen may look slightly different from the actual product.
• Small variations in print placement and size are normal for printed apparel.
• Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering.

Orders and pricing

• All prices are in U.S. dollars. Shipping and any sales tax are shown at checkout before you pay.
• We may change prices or discontinue products at any time, but changes won't affect orders you've already paid for.
• If a price or product description on the site is clearly wrong, we may cancel the order and give you a full refund.
• We may refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraud or can't fulfill it. If that happens, you'll get a full refund.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by our payment providers (such as PayPal and Stripe). By placing an order, you confirm you're allowed to use the payment method you choose.

Production and shipping

• Orders usually take a few business days to print, plus shipping time. You'll get an email with tracking once your order ships.
• Delivery times are estimates and can be delayed by carriers, weather or holidays.
• Please double-check your shipping address. We aren't responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address you entered. If a package is returned to us because of a wrong address, we can reship it once you pay the new shipping cost.
• Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, it's considered delivered. If it seems lost, contact us and we'll help you file a claim with the carrier.

Returns, exchanges and refunds

Since every item is made to order, we don't accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or wrong size. But we've got your back if something's wrong:

• Damaged, defective or misprinted items: contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem, and we'll send a free replacement or a refund.
• Wrong item received: same as above , we'll make it right at no cost to you.
• Cancellations: orders go into production quickly. If you need to cancel, contact us right away. We can only cancel if it hasn't started printing yet.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank or PayPal may take several business days to show it.

Discount codes

Discount codes (like the 10% sign-up offer) can't be combined unless we say so, have no cash value, and may expire. We may change or end any promotion at any time.

Using our website

• Everything on this site , the PowerUp name and logo, designs, slogans, photos and text , belongs to PowerUp Brand. You may not copy, sell or reuse it without our written permission.
• Please don't misuse the site, try to break it, or use it for anything illegal.

Links to other websites

Our site links to other websites, such as Amazon, YouTube and podcast apps. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or policies. Some Amazon links are affiliate links, which means we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you.

Disclaimer

Our products and website are provided “as is.” Our motivational content is for inspiration only and isn't professional, medical, financial or legal advice. Talk to a professional before starting a new workout program.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, PowerUp Brand isn't liable for any indirect or incidental damages from using our site or products. Our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order involved.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA. If there's ever a problem, please contact us first , most issues can be solved with a quick email.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page. Using the site after an update means you accept the new terms.
